As no single development process is flexible or light enough to meet the needs of most large scale development operations, we have devised our own methodology which is a combination of AGILE and CMMi. Our proven methodology is flexible and suitable for requirement shifts under very tight schedules and defined budgets.
Developed through constant collaboration with our clients over the last 5 years, and through the constant optimization of our monitoring team, we have managed to adapt our process to different many different types of projects and client relationships across the globe.

After spending two years assessing the best tools available on the market based on performance and their customizable components, Universal IT Solutions’ CTO successfully shaped a new system to attain one goal: improving team management, as well as monitoring and the overall collaboration with our clients. Our streamlined infrastructure is based on two main interactive tools, and a series of satellite systems.
